Stamp is being prepared. Wash the rubber end in soapy water, pat dry, and then use rubbing alcohol to dry and make it tacky. (Do not use acetone to wash the stamp!) If you still cannot remove the design from the plate, use a nail file and rub lightly over the surface. Use alcohol to clean it in time. Use too. I love it. The only reason for 4 stars is that there are a few panels that are unusable because the designs are too big for any nail, even my toes, and doesn't look like half of the design.
