My 360 S7 Pro robot vacuum arrived a week ago, I unpacked it straight away, downloaded the app to my Android phone and created an account (everything went smoothly), set up a WiFi network - Fi connection (easy peasy) and charge it up. When she reached full charge, I ordered her to start mapping the ground floor of my house, which took two passes, and she did it with great accuracy (amazing). I have two dogs that live indoors with me and my husband who is a German hound. and a rat terrier both have hair I vacuum with my big vacuum cleaner once a week and sometimes twice a week but there is always a problem with dog hair between them. Oh, did I mention that I have very long hair, so I help the hair half as well. I was looking for a robot vacuum that can work between regular cleaning, watched videos, compared different types, quickly decided that I need a lidar vacuum and this has really performed the best for my purposes, I haven't tried the mop function, so as I don't care too much and will most likely be like wet cleaning, I have a mix of hard floors and carpet and am very happy with the cleaning results of the 360 s7 pro on all my floors. My husband couldn't resist naming her "Rosie" after Jetson's robot girl. We clean your assigned rooms every night around midnight and a few times a week we clean your rooms that are not in use. When we get up in the morning it's so nice to see freshly cleaned floors, it's a good start to the day. I empty her trash can every day and it's easy for me. The first day I had to get all my long hair out of the brush and every day I find less hair getting wrapped around this brush. I do this regularly with my main vacuum. I am very happy with this purchase and I hope my Rosie 360 S7 Pro robot vacuum lasts a long time. Incidentally, my dogs are completely indifferent to the vacuum cleaner, they are not afraid or upset when "Rosie" is doing her job.
