Slightly disappointed. The quality is excellent, but there are a few points that are real downsides for me. First, there are only handles on the short sides. Handles should be on ALL 4 sides as depending on how you store it or place it on the counter the lack of handles on the long sides can make it difficult to move (even without water!). Secondly, the lid has to be really hinged. While the lid is well made, the lack of a hinge makes it very difficult to open when you need to adjust the pockets or even add an item. You have to support it with one hand and then you can only make adjustments with your free hand... which is very painful. The hinge allows you to have 2 hands free to make all the necessary adjustments as the moving part of the lid can rest on the sous vide stick. Note that this container has a front and a back. There is an arrow on the plastic where you need to attach the sous vide and the lid won't fit if you don't position things correctly. I bought a rectangular cork coaster to sit on (11 3/4" x 17 3/4" coaster). These sizes fit perfectly. Prevents heat from damaging my counters.
