These helped a ton. My son was in do much pain. His heals hurt so bad he either walks on tip toes or limps. Its getting better. He says it helps a lot. He says helped a ton in cleats. They stuck in his nasty cleats all season. And he played a few times in the rain and they still stuck in there. He has had them in his tennis shoes as well and still on them. They hold up well. When he needs new shoes I will for sure buy him these again
- The heel cup is made out of premium grade synthetic gel with a soft top layer and slip resistant adhesive design.
