I decided to replace my antiquated, old Tefal with a toaster. I decided on this after watching reviews, reading other people's reviews, and weighing my own experience. Thoughts of purchasing a more recognizable brand, as I formerly owned, crossed my mind, however Not long ago, Kitfort was purchased for a summer home, for 4 toasts simultaneously. It performed admirably, so I didn't invent the wheel and instead purchased a similar home, but for 2 toasts (the 4th for my kitchen is large). As a result, there is an additional interesting color selection (pure metal, quickly gets dirty). Because of this, I purchased the toaster in January 2022, and in July it stopped functioning because the bread grip in the lower position was not fixed. Fortunately, everything was purchased from a reputable retailer with a guarantee. I returned it under warranty, but sadly they were unable to fix it and released a statement regarding this. He and I got in touch with Amazon once more, and one day I returned the old toaster and bought a replacement. Thank you to the retailer (for a simple return that only required a few clicks and a trip to the problem location, for delivery covered by warranty - EVERYTHING) and the manufacturer for the guarantee and practical support. I don't believe so; I still use the same toaster that I purchased! I have no issues about the quality; everything operates flawlessly, and not everyone experiences serious flaws. I am totally delighted with the purchase and I would tell other people about it. P.S. I also gave the Xiaomi toaster some thought, but it lacks a standard plug and the source of the guarantee is unknown.
