Review on 🏠 TP-Link Smart Hub and Complete Home WiFi Mesh System by Tim Pulse

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bad network design.

It's hard not to buy. I liked it at first until I changed my internet service which caused me to run out and then I replaced the modem twice. This shouldn't have affected my home intranet or inertial network. However, this system requires a permanent internet connection for the router to work. So if you have an internal network, it will damage your network. Also, after calling the TP, I was told to create a new network, which makes no sense. So far this mesh router has great speeds and is very easy to set up, but the entire internal network is down and building a new one makes it the worst router ever. I'm sure firmware updates will fix it, but it's the hard way. ProsGreat setup, range and speed! ConsTech support has no idea. The router should act as a router when it doesn't have internet. Many will be able to join a dead or broken network after your internet is up and running. You can also restore an old network configuration instead of creating a new one. In short, I've wanted this since reading the feedback I received earlier this year. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone until the bugs are fixed. I'm glad Revain refunded my money because it's hard to explain to a 3 year old at night that I can't play music from my NAS drive due to poor network design. Hooray! BTW, I have an Asus AC-5300 that works great.
