What I like about these towels: Very good absorbency, thicker than most microfiber towels, Texture helps clean surfaces, neutral color hides possible stains, larger than others I have, dries very quickly given the amount of fiber. I use one to wash countertops and one to dry afterwards. (You need to press well to avoid pouring too much water). What I don't like: There are loops that tend to snag on rings, utensils. (They tend to stay in place after washing) Quality control issues - incorrect fabric cut (not square) and sewn edges with threads sticking out, which I think gets worse with repeated washings. See photos. I would buy again but not as a gift for others.
