My daughter needed a watch with a second hand and she chose this one. The opening hours are good. He's having a good time and serving his purpose. Straps can or should be easily changed and come in many colors. The spring bars that fit into the lugs (holes where the band springs hold the watch's bands) have a small "button" so they can be easily pushed in and removed or inserted. However, one of the strap springs in the watch did not come loose. The spring prevented the bar from being lowered far enough to release the band. (The other one came off easily, as intended.) I had to break the stem to take it off, but the new strap (a different color, with its own spring bars) went in easily. As long as the springs on the bands work properly you can easily remove them which is a plus for my daughter as she can adjust the band to fit whatever she wears and gives the impression that she has a watch for every outfit. Personally I wouldn't be that interested, but for those who are really trendy, this feature (assuming the spring bars work properly) allows a watch to turn a lot of heads if you're willing to invest in some other bands . .
