Ok let's be honest this is one of the best filters you can buy. I have 8 lifers left and I bet I can keep them if I have to. But unfortunately, new filters are only 10 years or a million kilometers old. Well I have more than 350,000 for 4 filters and they are 15-20 years old. Two of them are running out of rubber so I'm going to kick some ass and see if the K&N keep their word! Okay, let's get back to that filter. They are slightly different from the original K&N filters, they obviously do NOT use the original CHARACTERISTICS. BUT I still can't tell if it's good or bad. What I don't like is the OIL that comes with the FILTER, now there isn't enough where to do the job properly. OK I got a lot of BC from what they give you. It should be fine, just move slowly when using the oil. What I do after cleaning and I won't tell you we use BC K&N will void your warranty. BUT, if you USE Marvel Mystery Oil for an OIL change, they charge 4x more and it works better and lasts longer! OLD MAN!
