Your car doesn't have a roof rack to transport a kayak? No problem!
This is by far the best option if your car doesn't have a roof rack. I've used it on my kayak to carry flat top all summer and it's been fantastic! The included straps are fine for city trips, but if you're going long distances and going fast on the freeway I'd recommend getting 2 ratchet straps for extra support.
