Buyer persistence required

The short story is I had to go through three of them to find one that worked. We're relatively happy with it now, with a few remaining issues that we believe can be fixed in Settings (see #1 below). The journey involves the following: 1) There is some sort of document accompanying the radio, but this is a far cry from what I would call an owner's manual. Maybe some people don't need technical user guides anymore, but I've had problems and relied heavily on people's how-to videos. 2) The first radio after installation started in a different language. Thanks to Revain I got a replacement.3) The second radio didn't connect to the WiFi and the microphone didn't work properly (poor sound). Thanks to Revain I was able to return the unit for a full refund (I couldn't get a 3rd replacement) 4) Given the relatively positive customer reviews I persevered and ordered a 3rd radio and it worked (most of the time). Part). Other issues with volume. It's very loud when starting and not at the same volume when I turn the car off. Also, there is a default song stored in the music media files that often plays when I navigate to my audio files. Annoying but bearable. FYI, for my setup I routed the USB cables behind the dash and into some sort of port for us to easily access with our flash drives. I also installed a reversing camera. It works well. Thanks also to the online how-to video on how to do it.
