When I finally got the instructions, they were still too confusing. The rear camera mounts and screws were also missing.

Excellent customer service!

It is very beautiful (radio). I love everything about it and it would get 5 stars if only the installation/user guide was included in the package. Although customer service was good and fast.

Pretty solid in auto electronics

I fucking love this thing. Makes my journey so much easier. I needed this because I don't want to touch my phone while driving. The microphone is not very good, but still quite solid. The side buttons are also quite small, but that's not too bad.

Buyer persistence required

The short story is I had to go through three of them to find one that worked. We're relatively happy with it now, with a few remaining issues that we believe can be fixed in Settings (see #1 below). The journey involves the following: 1) There is some sort of document accompanying the radio, but this is a far cry from what I would call an owner's manual. After 6 months it works fine, now it doesn't work anymore

I bought it half a year ago. Now that's no longer possible. The device flashes all day. Turns itself on and off. Also, I've never been able to figure out how to change the on-screen settings to miles instead of kilometers, and I can't change the time to the Pacific time zone.

Amazing value for money

Five stars because of the price. It's not perfect, but it's amazing, especially when compared to big names like Crutchfield. The radios sometimes move and the volume dies by itself, but it pairs easily with my phone, the speakerphone is handy, the ability to connect steering wheel controls and the rear camera gets a good picture. Not a ton to go on from the instructions, but a YouTube clutch. In general, I am very satisfied with the factory radio.
