Warm, windproof and visible
I like this jacket because it shows up really well in the twilight on a winter's day. It is very comfortable to wear with a layer underneath in weather below 40. The jacket keeps the wind out but is breathable. In colder weather I just wear a layer underneath and it still works like a champ.
