Part broke during installation
I bought this bumper insert to replace the one that broke when I bought the truck. The inner bracket broke during installation. Violence was not used. I pushed the piece into place with my hands. The seller asked me to send the defective part back before the exchange, even though I offer pictures. You know that removing the part shows the use of force to remove correctly inserted petals. bad politics. Don't waste your time.
