Using mouse primarily with ASUS ZenBook 13 UX333FN 1. Problems with Chrome Faced with difficulty the side wheel is inverted by default, but in chrome the tabs switch normally, however, when I remove the inversion everywhere, in chrome it works the other way around. Then I set it up separately for chrome and turn on the inversion on the side wheel and . nothing changes. And from that moment on, the settings are trapped. Nothing can be changed, only reset to default settings. 2. It is not clear why authorization. In view of other problems, I reinstalled this software several times and each time I logged into my account through Google mail. The settings are not saved. Why do I need to log in at all? 3. Software reinstallation = dancing with a tambourine I decided to ate the software and after installation, the application asks to log in, I do it through google mail and nothing happens. I restart the application, and only the gray rectangle starts. Everything. Reinstallation does not help, the algorithm is the same. Support suggested deleting some logi files from hidden folders(!) Once it worked, the second time it didn't. The second time, I had to first disable the mouse through the Unifying utility, then delete all logi files from the computer and finally clean the registry with the program, and only after that everything worked again (!) 4. The mouse does not work via Bluetooth. I just did not do anything, ate drivers, remove drivers, remove HID devices, remove all bluetooth devices, remove all logi software. The mouse does not connect. I checked compatibility of Bluetooth versions, work on other computers too. Support couldn't help 5. Logitech specific support. I described to them the problem from the 3rd point. I am advised to blow out the mouse with compressed air and other recommendations that relate to mechanical damage. I get the feeling that they didn't read my letter. When I described the problem from the 5th point, they spent 1.5 weeks specifying the models of all my devices and at the end they recommended ating the drivers, although I wrote to them that I did it at the very beginning.
