Rating: 2.5 out of 5 for the following. After waiting for delivery of everything I needed to make some greased crosses on the Jeep, I went to the shop and opened everything up only to find that the grease gun I received was a used one, in which still looks like black lithium grease from a bulk fill, covered with scratches etc. To get the job done, I spent nearly an hour cleaning them in my parts cleaner. I suspect it was someone else's return that I received, but I paid for a new one and expected to get one. The device works perfectly so I don't know why it was returned. Once it was clean and dry I installed a new red cartridge and lubricated everything in less than 10 minutes. If I got a new one my rating would be 5 stars hence the low rating. However, Revain took care of the issue after a quick call to them, so many thanks to Revain for the quick and professional response.
