This bottle of wire nozzles, believed to be number 58, did not contain drill bits of the specified size. Bit number 58 is .042 inch in diameter. I used my digital caliper to measure the bit diameters in this vial. This bottle contained the following: 4 bits of 0.041 (= #59), 4 bits of 0.040 (= #60), 1 bit of 0.039 (= #61) and 1 bit of 0.038 (= #62). Not a single nozzle with the desired diameter! I bought several more bottles with small nozzles from the same company and they all had the same story: the largest nozzle in the bottle was either the bottle size advertised or the same size. small, no bit was larger than the listed size, and most of them were smaller than the listed size. The bottle of #57 bits had 6 bits that were actually #58 so I got some #58 bits but I only got 2 #57 bits. Similarly my bottle of #60 bits only had one nozzle #60, but the other two bottles with larger nozzles had several #60 bits. Therefore, a bottle with these bits will usually contain bits of different diameters, most of which are smaller. , and you can get literally anything you want. The bottles are cheap but in this case you don't get what you think you paid for.
