Review on Improved Performance: Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors Kit from Power Stop - Front and Rear K1365-26Z26 by Stephen Schmidt

I want to give these brakes 5 stars because they have excellent performance. However over the years I have ordered 2 of these kits for 2 different Crown Victoria models and in both cases the spring holding the rear shoe loose when I tried to install them. The factory only stamps the pen and that is clearly not enough. The factory upholstery for these vehicles appear to have a tack weld holding the spring retainer and an embossing. Powerstop needs to research the factory that makes them and find the best way to attach this part.
