I changed my spark plugs on the borderline so I ordered this kit to replace my old fan gasket. They seemed to work fine for about a month and I didn't expect them to cause me any problems. But one day while driving home my truck suddenly lost power and flashed a misfire and catalytic converter code. I hobbled home and the first thing I checked was the gasket and sure enough it had a huge leak (I'm pretty sure I tightened everything to specification). I had a bad misfire due to a leak that destroyed my main passenger cat! I am currently replacing it along with new O2 sensors (about $500 fix). Do yourself a favor and avoid this cheap pad, there are better ones out there that won't give you any trouble.
