The color is beautiful and very delicate. But be careful! The thickness is VERY uneven. I have worked with handspun yarns which are sturdier than this. One skein was a bit flimsy to start with, but oh well, it turned out to be so flimsy that it actually broke while knitting! Another ball was fine at first and just got thicker over time! I made it work because that's what I do, but still. Maybe I'm just having a bad batch because Red Heart is usually good, but if you're a beginner you might find a yarn that you know isn't suitable.
