Review on Cooks Standard 11x11 Inch Square Griddle Pan - Hard Anodized Nonstick, Black by Jeremy Gums

This replaced the warped but never overheated upper section grille. I was hoping my previous grill was an accident with a slightly warped surface, but this new grill is also slightly warped as evidenced by the oil applied to the surface at a 250 degree angle and moving towards the edges moves - not as fast as the old grill, but it shows that the center is slightly higher. I suspect 90% of these Chinese made grills will do the same. The handle is well welded. The surface looks smooth and without defects. The bottom looks like the top. There is no concentric pattern or combination of metals visible like other grills I have reviewed or used. It is not yet clear if this grill will last long and neatly without deforming. As always I will be hand washing it, not putting it in the oven, and carefully monitoring the surface temperature not to exceed 375F to preserve surface integrity and grill texture.
