1. Instructions are lacking.2. The wheels do NOT turn. seize! 3. The return process is a joke. As with many people, the videos are the worst I've ever seen. Harbor Freight has better roles in Chinese imports. After assembling the base, the casters did NOT turn, but jammed and the drill nearly tipped over! After spending over an hour getting them up and running, I threw in the towel. I even had my son who builds race cars come over to help diagnose the problem and he said the roller bearing races were the worst he had ever seen and they just couldn't work. BORA really missed this product! Never buy BORA again! I bought TWO of these horrible mobile bases based on reviews which I now suspect are not true. Both go back. It reminds me of some headphone cables I bought and they were awful. I sent them back and left a review. I received emails and calls from the seller offering me a $50 Visa gift card if I change my five star rating. . . for $19 cable!
