Good quality. To remove the cable, simply pull it out of the gas filling area. Push the cable up through the small gap with a sharp tool, remove the plastic ring from the old DEF cover with the same sharp tool, this will bend the old cover a bit. Attach the ring to the new DEF cap with the open side down (this is pretty easy, but be careful). Make sure you install the cable correctly or the DEF cap will be upside down when you reinsert it into the hole in the fill area. That's it, it took me 5 minutes.
