The very first thing that happens is you think you need to buy additional software to make things work.

Get and install today. The installation took a very long time and during the installation the installation tries to trick you into buying more software. The product looks good, but the scanning software leaves something to be desired. If the staff leaves tonight I'll work on it to see if I can streamline the operation but for now I'm leaning towards sending it back. I wanted to save time on a large office scanner but am not sure at the moment.
