There was no thread on the high pressure side of the pump. I ended up having to buy another $210 part where the lady threw away the original power steering pump so we had to use that part to get a core charge. If the part had threads where they should have, it wouldn't be a bad situation. I know OEM parts are amazing but aftermarket parts are definitely cheap and now I understand why. I'm sure it was just an accident, just wanted you to know so your person can check all the threads on your parts and make sure they are intact for future reference.
