Power is on. followed the instructions. Everything was fine until we introduced my dog. 11kg Chihuahua. On the lowest settings he would wince under me, he knew what part of the room the device was in. The device was triggered by his barking AND my coughing and typing and flushing the toilet. While this prevented him from barking, it also caused him to avoid the room for several hours after being turned off, which was counterproductive to learning. Did it work or did I get a defective device? Unknown. Not worth a second try.
