Review on Efficient Control: AIR LIFT 25592 Load Controller II On Board Air Compressor System by Michael Patilla

Revainrating 5 out of 5

GREAT air pump control system!

I installed airbags in my Chevy 2500HD Air Lift 5000 and didn't want to "ventilate" them all the time, so I had to look into the air on board. - a system that could service my rear air lift kit. And it was DEFINITELY what I was looking for. It's not that bad to assemble (other than trying to figure out where those air ducts are supposed to go) to use a 1/4" Big Truck" air hose instead of 1/8" air shock air lines. The pump is easy to mount under the bed of your truck and the wiring is also fairly simple. The hose isn't that bad. BUT you almost need an engineering degree to figure out all the wiring and installation right at the gauge when you mount it on your idiot! The instructions are crucial, and yet they lack the details. It took me about 2 hours in the cabin to install and "clean" this thing so that no hoses or wires were showing under the dash. All in all a great kit. Just give yourself enough time to work with the back of this sensor as you put everything together. 2-4 hours is not an unreasonable amount of time to give yourself. TRUCK. but my 2007 floor panel was FULLY zipped up when I started, and finding dashboards and hot wires isn't as easy under a 2007 as it is under a 1977 truck, for example).
