I installed them on a 2009 Suburban. I'm towing an ultra-light 34-foot trailer, and even with a load-balance hitch, the rear suspension doesn't feel as solid as a regular pickup truck. Timbrens was easy to install. I removed the rear wheels to make it easier. I think if a lift was available one person could install them without removing the wheels. I used a short 2x4 to place it between the timbres and the raised pad to press them in place. I also found the advice in another review helpful, to first place them in the "cup” at an angle. When I lowered the jack, the timbranes dented slightly. The job was completed in less than an hour and the result was outstanding. Suburban is now more stable to drive with a load. I can best describe it as "soft" from side to side while driving. It was as I imagined it to be when I was riding a duck. Now it's gone.
