I was looking for a hole saw for Cornhall boards and was skeptical, considered just using the more expensive Dewalt but just couldn't justify not trying. I also bought a Dewalt mandrel that fits perfectly. I used my 18v rigid cordless drill, following the instructions to run it backwards, to cut through the first few layers of 3/4" thick birch plywood - I did this on both sides and then cut the hole.cartridge and of course i dropped it on the garage floor it bent a little but the holes came out perfect as you can see in the picture.cuts for calluses glad i did. This thing will make 100 cuts easily, so don't worry about it dulling after a few holes, it's amazing!
