Highly recommended when cutting new soffits or cornhalls.

WOW I'm exhausted. You CAN get quality cheaply. This thing cut through the underside like butter. If you are not ready to bite, he will pull your arm. So it's not good to be in 20 feet on the stairs. If you carve a corn hole, THAT'S THE BOSS. It took about 30 seconds to cut through the material (see picture). Also for hobbyists like me: buy the recommended mandrel. you haven't. I bought one for the true price of $20 (Milwaukee, it was a very nice pergola). Removing this piece from the hole saw…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

The hole saw works great!

I was looking for a hole saw for Cornhall boards and was skeptical, considered just using the more expensive Dewalt but just couldn't justify not trying. I also bought a Dewalt mandrel that fits perfectly. I used my 18v rigid cordless drill, following the instructions to run it backwards, to cut through the first few layers of 3/4" thick birch plywood - I did this on both sides and then cut the hole.cartridge and of course i dropped it on the garage floor it bent a little but the holes came out

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

The saw deserves a full 5 stars although I struggled a bit with it. Some holes had to be drilled in pieces of wood that weren't quite solid and only a half or 3/4 hole was needed as the electrical…

  • Everything is fine!
