Plastic caps and pure China junk. A latch will not engage unless you push the top lever very hard. After finally managing to plug it in, I tried opening it again and the insides of the latch came loose. I tried putting it back together but figured if it happened the first time it would happen again. So I sent it back and will buy this from Thule. I knew better than to buy that foreign shit, but I did it anyway.
