*Slightly* quieter than the stock Ender 3
The actual rotor is smaller than the stock Ender 3. At full speed it's only slightly quieter and has a smaller pitch than the stock radiator fan. To be honest, it's better if you turn down the cooling fan speed in your slicer to 70% to reduce the noise.
