Great product. Installation of a manual lock in less than 2 hours. Works well, now I don't worry about things in my 13 year old HR department. As others have said, the instructions are minimal and the pictures are too small. I watched the video on eTrailer's You Tube and it was excellent. Faced with a problem. The "lock bar" was crafted with the wrong orientation. After looking at the manufacturer's videos and photos, it turned out that it was mounted in the wrong orientation. I tried several ways to do the instructions but it didn't work. So I removed the rivet and corrected the alignment and everything worked fine. I don't know if it's me or just the wrong production. Otherwise an excellent product.
