Excessive shedding: mats, pads and guards
Sheds a lot. I look amazing and it's the color I wanted but it's not as thick as I expected and when you step on it you can feel the looms. I'm very good looking so I decided to leave it. After three weeks I noticed white threads all over the carpet. He's losing so much that I'm guessing he'll get fat in a year and need to be replaced. I emailed the company asking if this is to be expected or if I received a defective one, but received no response. I am very disappointed as I love the look of the rug.
