Update 10/05/2020 After I reported the issues to Revain and informed them of the steps I took to determine that the problem was RAM, they sent me a replacement very quickly. So far, so good! I had problems with random freezes after upgrading my RAM, I went to Amazon and after getting a boot error all I was told was that I needed to boot my system. The RAM is great for the price, but you can't get support to diagnose the problem. If customer service gets in touch with me and fixes this issue I will update the rating but until then it's 1 star as I can only contact Amazon customer service who unfortunately can't do anything. I'll list my PC specs below just in case anyone asks if the RAM will match my PC looks like it needs to be replaced. PC Build: Ryzen 3800x, x570 motherboard, rtx 2070 and now 32GB RAM which is a pain.
