My cat is 16 pounds, runs large.

So actually quite nice. My boy is crazy as hell - the plus size suits him but if he was a little bigger it wouldn't fit. So if your cat weighs more than my handsome little fat man, I would suggest getting a small dog harness. But seriously, this is great.
