Shoes are not bad for spring-summer. You are flexible. I ordered a size 9 as I figured it would fit half a size up. Looks like one size bigger. I measured my 20 month old daughter's foot and shoes so people can see before ordering and hopefully this will help them order the right size. Not too small and not too big. The size chart does not list sizes under 11. So I accepted and ordered a size 9. I kept them. He wore them and people liked them. They ask me where I bought them.
