Tribesigns is an online shop that specializes in home and kitchen, furniture, and home office, and I recently made a purchase from them. Despite the high quality of the furniture I purchased, my dealings with the business were less than ideal. To begin with, there was a frustrating and inconvenient delay in arrival of several weeks. Second, the service was poor; reps were unresponsive and unhelpful. The website's design was clumsy and made it hard to locate the information I needed. There were a lot of unknown costs and charges at checkout that weren't made clear. Although the furnishings itself was of high quality, dealing with Tribesigns was a negative experience. Only those with a lot of time and perseverance should consider working with this firm.
