I built my own hydraulic stop for a backhoe. It includes a 12 volt hydraulic switch. I pressed the momentary switch with my heal to toggle a control from bucket to thumb. I used a few starter buttons, each of which lasted a season, and then tried these. Instead of using screw terminals like starter or horn buttons, you need to solder wires to these switches. Because the terminals are small, very short lengths of fine wire are used to reduce resistance since the rest of the wiring is heavier gauge. I would take this into account when installing this item. I'm glad I bought more than 1 (available at this price) because I overheated my first attempt at soldering and messed it up.
