They are broke! Both! When I lifted it ONCE to position it securely, it broke. I took it as a loss, no big deal. Then I decided on another one. The glass was so hard it was very hard to text and click on my apps! It covers the front camera so Face ID cannot be scanned by the camera. I had to enter my password EVERY TIME to unlock my phone. Trust me when I say this, trying to enter a password while using that pane of glass is no walk in the park! So I thought maybe I'm not "localized" right and need to reinstall, once I picked it up cracked it too! I also paid for a BLACK glare shield, it's not! Very unlucky! I actually feel cheated!
