Great customer service and easy setup for new users
I've been working with F&A from 2 different companies now since 2010 through 2015 - it was our 1st choice of an ERS when we started looking at other options in 2014 because they were always very helpful during those years too! It's great to work w/ people who are so passionate about their product as well as customers / clients!! Sometimes there seems like some confusion around what needs paid vs not but this could be chalked up more towards communication problems within teams than anything else? Definitely would recommend trying FAM out if considering purchasing or using any type apparels management solutions- even just something simple suchas inventory tracking etc.. The biggest benefit has definitely come form having all my data centralized into one platform instead of spread across multiple platforms which also helps me keep track better overall throughout time!
