This is a good little tool for those who have a small photo project they want to complete. About eight years ago, when my charges had families, I thought it would be a good idea to buy a collage in a 31-hole photo frame and document each birthday up through their twenty-first birthday. The holes in the carpet are not the same size etc. I bought two because there were so many children at the time and nobody expected there to be more. hahaha Well, everyone was wrong. Now fast forward eight years and there are two more bundles of joy. For several years I've been trying desperately to find something even remotely comparable to my initial 31 collage images, but to no avail. I even went to a local store and got $177 for one (and I need two), well that price is well over my budget (when I only spent $120 for two that I bought a long time ago). So I was wrong that I would make myself a rug with the holes I needed. I bought this handy little tool and a matte board and got to work. I'm not saying my cuts are perfect, but it has more to do with my unsteady hands than the tool. This product worked for my project. I've attached an image to show what I did. I hope it helps.
