Review on 🛴 eNilecor Kids Knee Pads and Elbow Pads Set - Protective Gear for Roller Skating, Skateboarding, Cycling, and More (Purple, M) by Michael Lara

Great quality but a bit big.

I bought these for my 11 year old daughter's birthday as I also bought her new skates. She is a bit uncoordinated for her age and very petite for her age. She's 50 inches tall and about 50 or 52 pounds, so in height (and coordination) she's more like a 7-year-old. I bought the medium size in purple. The wrist and elbow pads are a bit big on her, but she says the knee pads fit. Her elbow pads slip off when she is skating. I asked her if she thought we should swap them for small ones, but since the knee pads fit well, she didn't want to. So I'm going to sew an extra velcro on the elastic bands so we can make them tighter on her wrists and elbows. I love how strong they are. They appear to be very well made. I think they will last a long time. She had the knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards that came with her old skates (the ones you wear with your own preschool boots), but they were pretty flimsy and didn't have as much padding or plastic protection (besides, they were "Diego" Ones) like this one, so I'm very happy with this purchase. I also like how they look like "big girl" pads. They don't have any cartoon characters and are quite purple. They have the eNilecor name sewn into the straps as shown in the photos (as opposed to some of the images in the reviews) so I need to make sure they have that name when they arrive or it might not be the right brand . They also came in a nice mesh pouch with a drawstring closure and the same eNilecor name on the tag. Overall great quality but a little let down by the size. But the size is not so terrible to return. But I need to make adjustments to make them work better with my daughter's small size and height.

Pros
  • PROFESSIONAL PROTECTION
Cons
  • Not bad but...
