I like the camera in general. I've bought a couple of the 1000 tvl model and maybe 3 of the updated 1200 tvl. I've had one fail because it took on water. it's just a thought, but I think if they were to add a shield cover and maybe lower the price a bit it would be i a best buy for the money contender .
