
At this price? best merit! My Morakniv has never been this sharp after 30 minutes of fine sharpening the blade. (Want to see the wounds when you touch it? lol yes I'm ding dong lol) Kitchen knives cut paper and roll tomatoes to save your life! A good friend left his knives over the weekend and she's amazed that her 'junk' knives cut paper when they were having trouble cutting lettuce. Works great, I'll say you can use a more aggressive wet-dry sandpaper if your knife is as dull as your neighbor's husband. For a couple of knives I've wrapped a 600 grit stone wet and dry as it will "bite" into the blade quicker than a 400 grit stone. Then I started cutting myself like an idiot because I'm prone to it. When I got through 8000 grit? (I didn't use a leather strap as I don't have any polishing paste) The blades will scare away the old gods. Seriously, I shaved part of my arm as a test and lost a pint of blood in the process. Typical for a Ding Dong like me ;)
