I installed this on my 30ft RV. I tested it before installing it by turning on the camera in my garage and setting up the monitor in my truck. I then pulled out of the garage, down my 90 foot driveway and another 50 feet down the street before the signal was lost. This device has a long reception range and a very clear video image. I rigidly mount the camera on the back of my trailer above the marker lights. I carefully installed the monitor so I can take it out of the truck when not in use. The only problem I have is that the camera mount isn't deep enough for a vertical mount. That means the antenna hits the back of the mount and pendant before it can be properly aligned. I had to add a 1.5" spacer between the mount and the trailer to get a good view. The camera still can't be pointed straight ahead, but given the height it's mounted at, that's not necessary. I found a waterproof gland on the Revain to allow the cable to run through the wall without plugging the pairing switch into the wall. If needed, I can unscrew the waterproof cable clip and pull out the cable and pairing switch for easy access. If the camera mount was low enough I would give 5 stars. Update Date: After seeing my review, the supplier sent me a new W01 camera, so I will add great customer service to my review!
