Review on NinjaTek 3DNF05117505 NinjaFlex Filament TPE 5Kg by Andrew Woodruff

Printing ok - poor quality packaging and winding

As others have written about the packaging: (1) You must have a dryer for the filament (or bake it in the oven first) as it will be full of moisture when You get it (2) For me my biggest gripe is the crappy way it was spooled. It was wound unevenly or neatly (i.e. evenly from left to right and back) causing it to roll off the spool like shit. I have it in my filament dryer when it's typing, and it catches/pulls the filament dryer (moving my little Prusa in the process) because it doesn't come off the spool easily. This is most likely causing inconsistencies during my print as it doesn't get a constant flow of filament. how it prints; It prints fine from what I've read/seen regarding the TPU trick. Yes, it's silly and silly, and don't expect beautiful prints without some tweaking. I use: - Prusa Mini+ with Bowden cable (reduce all drive/feed speeds to e.g. 20mm/s so it lasts longer) - masking tape on PEI foil - filament dryer. Infill density and use of a lower layer height. I think with some adjustments (like the extrusion multiplier mentioned below) this print will be decent enough for what I have in mind.
