Just a terrible product, very upset.
We'll have to wait until something better comes out. Because I also compared other devices from other companies. She asked me to give this particular model, because xiomi and at that time there were no bad reviews. In the photo, a rag after the first use in the apartment
To give you a better perspective of the product, I have added some photos to my review.
- The mop would have been great if it hadn't come apart at the seams. I have been using it for several months, once a week in the country (parquet, linoleum, windows, mirrors). All the fine dirt that had accumulated over the years crawled out of all the cracks. I tried specifically to first wash with a rag, as usual, and then go through the steam. And yes, the white rag turned gray. After the first such washing, the rag is no longer so dirty, because the old dirt was immediately removed. In short, my happiness knew no bounds until I heard *crunch-crunch*.
- The plastic seemed to be of good quality. Yes, the connections are a little flimsy, but that's nonsense. I was very surprised that the main unit broke! It doesn't unscrew and can't be replaced. This is the daughter from xiomi. I received the mop as a gift. It seems that this thing is not certified since the instructions are in Chinese. I do not think that the service center will help me. I read that someone has the same problem. The plastic in that place is really thin.
