I like how easy it is to create our own queries, which allows us flexibility in determining what data we want returned for each query (and hence saving time). The UI can be improved by making some of its features easier/more intuitive - e.g., using search terms other than keywords would make this much nicer! There's also an API but that hasn't been fully developed yet so you cannot easily integrate with existing systems unless they have their APIs exposed as well. We are solving problems such as having hard-to-find articles across multiple domains without needing many different tools or people doing research themselves when searching online. Using QL has helped reduce internal knowledge gaps regarding key insights from specific sources, allowing staff members who may not otherwise possess those skills effectively get access to them. This means there isn’t quite enough expertise around within my organisation to handle all aspects related to SEO etc ourselves anymore.
