Feedback on L and XL sizes

TL;DR version - Men's. Height: 5 feet 11 feet. Weight: 215 pounds. More greasy than bulky. L is perfect if you like tight rashguards. XL fits well and should be an option if you don't like very tight fabrics. I am a jiu jitsu fighter and bought this rashguard to use under my gi. I'm a 5ft 11ft male and weigh 215 pounds - more fat than strong. So I wasn't sure if I should choose L, which fits my height but not my weight, or XL, which fits my weight but not my height. So I bought one of each in different orders. I first bought the XL size which sits comfortably below my waist - almost to my feet when stretched making it very easy to tie with my pants. The XL's body feel is a little loose, but it doesn't come off easily, just what you'd expect from a rashguard. It's very comfortable, but I can feel a little extra fabric on my upper body. If I had big back muscles, this might not have happened. So I bought L on my second order. When I tried it I felt it fit perfectly. And again it goes a little below the waist to the pelvic bone. It is also easy to knit with pants. It's very tight but not uncomfortable for the body so I can hardly get out during the fight. I would choose this size if I bought it again.
